SciELO is a model for cooperative electronic publishing of scientific journals on the Internet. Especially conceived to meet the scientific communication needs of developing countries, particularly Latin America and the Caribbean countries, it provides an efficient way to ensure universal visibility and accessibility to their scientific literature. SciELO was created as a partnership of the State of São Paulo Science Foundation (FAPESP), the Latin America and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences Information (BIREME), as well as other national and international institutions. The site permits searching and browsing (by country or discipline). Where possible, HAPI provides links to the full text of articles through SciELO.
  • Red de CLACSO (Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales)

HAPI is taking steps to include links to full text articles in CLACSO in the future.
  • PRISMA (Publicaciones y Revistas Sociales y Humanísticas)
